2. Participation
- Workshops: Futurvia Minds Society is open to participants of all ages.
- Youth Volunteers: Volunteer instructor and assistant roles are intended for middle and high school students.
- Adult Volunteers: Adults (18+) may participate as guest lecturers or supporters when invited.
- All participants and volunteers are expected to behave respectfully, follow instructions, and create a safe and inclusive environment.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone from a program if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
3. Safety
In-Person Workshops:
Our programs may involve the use of computers, basic tech tools, and hands-on STEM materials. We provide guidance and supervision, but participants are responsible for following all safety instructions. Futurvia Minds Society is not liable for injuries or damages that result from ignoring safety rules or misusing equipment.
Online Workshops:
Participants are expected to work in a safe and appropriate environment at home or school. We are not responsible for accidents, equipment misuse, or damages that occur outside our supervision. Parents and guardians are encouraged to provide oversight for younger participants during online sessions.
4. Intellectual Property
- Participants retain ownership of their original designs and projects.
- By attending workshops, you grant Futurvia Minds Society permission to display or share non-commercial photos of your projects (with your consent).
- Any materials, guides, or resources provided by Futurvia Minds Society are for educational use only and may not be sold or redistributed without permission.
5. Media and Photography
We may take photos or videos during workshops to share highlights and promote our programs. Consent will always be requested before using identifiable photos of students. If you do not wish to be included in photos or videos, please let us know in advance.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
- Our workshops and programs are education and provided “as is” without guarantees.
- We are not responsible for design flaws in projects, technical issues, or external circumstances beyond our control.
- Futurvia Minds Society and their volunteers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries related to participation.
7. Website Use
- You may browse our website and access resources for personal, educational use.
- You agree not to misuse the website by attempting to hack, disrupt, or distribute harmful material.
