Lucas Yang
"No pain, no gain."
Lucas' work centres on empowering young people to build confidence, curiosity, and real-world skills that prepare them for the future. Beyond his nonprofit work, Lucas is an accomplished violinist who has participated in competitive chamber music programs and performances. He is also actively involved in martial arts and has successfully completed the Taekwondo Leadership Program at his dojang, currently serving as a Junior Assistant Instructor, where he helps mentor and teach younger students while promoting discipline, perseverance, and respect for the community.
As the Chief Executive Officer of the organization, Lucas manages daily operations, secures funding, collaborates with partners and educators, and seeks new organizational opportunities to expand STEM programs for students.
His long-term goal is to help build a future where every young person has access to the knowledge, mentorship, and experiences needed to reach their full potential.
