A Simon Fraser University graduate with a degree in Computer Science and a Minor in Mathematics, she has built innovative projects including a 3D medical imaging reconstruction platform and a data-driven television analytics system. Phoebe is also an active educator and mentor, having served as a coding instructor, teaching assistant, student mentor, and university ambassador, helping students develop technical and academic skills.

The Society is formally governed by an adult Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the Society’s bylaws and registered under the British Columbia Societies Act, with responsibility for governance oversight, fiduciary duty, and regulatory compliance.
