Futurvia Minds Society is a student-led organization in its day-to-day operations and program delivery. The Society is formally governed by an adult Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the Society’s bylaws and registered under the British Columbia Societies Act, with responsibility for governance oversight, fiduciary duty, and regulatory compliance.
